Every so often, completely out of the blue there is a knock on our front door and an inspector is standing there ready for an impromptu check - the other week it was the turn of the Michelin Guide gentleman. Charles looked after our guest enjoying a leisurely breakfast and I nervously showed him around - i always fail on the "what have you done that is different?" question and forgot to mention our new Body Shop bathroom goodies and complimentary slippers waiting in our bathrooms but maybe he spotted them anyway because a shiny red disk arrived in the post again Phew!
