Sootty 27/5/1988 - 20/12/2009
Sadly we lost Sootty yesterday to a vicious attack of colic after a valiant struggle attended by the vets of Rosevean Veterinary practice through the morning. Our thanks to the vets for their prompt compassionate attendance

So Sorry to hear about Sootty, I'll miss seeing him. I'm sure he was officially grey, but he always looked so wonderfully sparkling white. I'm sure Danni will miss his companion.

Thank you Perranlady I thought that every one localy would like to know about the old gentleman. I think he was one of the local characters on his morning constitutional - particularly his hatred of the local bus. Dani is a bit sad but knows sootty has gone now - he whinnied a few times on his first outing without him but has settled down now with the new foals for company as (they are being weaned at the moment)they are stabled by him
