Thinking of Breakfast

A quick snap of one of my breakfasts before it departed to the table this
morning


















So how do you like to start the day? Taking time over a long leisurely breakfast or racing out of the door with a slice of toast. Maybe the full English or in Cornwall, "Cornish" breakfast is a holiday treat or a weekend ritual - either way it is just a little treat and well.....almost calorie free after all!

This is my Ednovean version- a couple of slices of smoked bacon, the best sausage I can buy, with tomatoes mushrooms and free range eggs of course. All preceded by stewed fruits, muesli, cereals and organic yogurts and accompanied by fresh orange juice, lots of toast and tea or coffee to make a little  holiday treat to start the day in Cornwall!
